Look up. Love what you see.
Skyline makes ceilings, beams, fixtures and high walls look new again, so your whole space feels brighter and better cared for.
Why ceilings matter
Your floors get cleaned every night. Your ceilings probably haven’t been cleaned in years. Dust settles on tiles and beams, vents leave dark rings, and a grey film builds up until the whole room looks older than it is.
Professional ceiling cleaning changes that in a single visit. Tiles brighten, lights look clearer, and the room feels fresh again, without the cost, mess and downtime of replacing a ceiling.
Skyline focuses entirely on ceilings and high surfaces. We know the materials, we bring the right methods, and we work around your business so customers and staff barely notice we were there.

Service areas
From San Francisco and San Jose to Sacramento, Stockton and Reno.
Most commercial buildings carry more than one ceiling system. A suspended grid with acoustic tiles covers the offices and corridors, painted drywall finishes the lobby, and the warehouse or dining room is often open to the deck, with ductwork, conduit and joists on display. Each one holds dust in its own way, so the walkthrough starts by naming every system in the building and marking where each one begins and ends.
From there we note the details that shape the job: ceiling heights, what sits underneath, how many diffusers and return grilles share the plane, and which rooms are busy at which hours. That list becomes the written plan, so you can see exactly which surfaces are covered, in what order, and on which evenings or weekends the crew will be in.
Combining services is where a ceiling project pays off. Once the crew is set up in a room, with the floor covered and a lift in place, cleaning the tiles, the grid, the vents and the light lenses in one pass takes far less effort than four separate trips. Our overhead services are built to stack this way, working from the highest surface down so nothing cleaned early collects dust again.
On an office floor, the natural pairing is acoustic tile cleaning with the vents and fixtures set into the grid. Where a restaurant or store is open to the structure, exposed ceiling cleaning goes with high dusting of signage and ledges, and the upper walls are finished last where they meet the ceiling line.

A few useful answers
In most buildings, yes. Cleaning keeps your existing tiles in place, so there’s no material to buy, no disposal and far less disruption. We’ll show you the difference on a sample during the walkthrough.
Usually not. We work in sections and schedule around your hours, including evenings and weekends.
Acoustic tile grids, smooth and textured ceilings, open and exposed ceilings, plus the beams, pipes, vents, light fixtures and high walls around them.
Busy restaurants and stores often need overhead cleaning every few months, while quiet office floors can go a year or more. Our ceiling cleaning schedule guide breaks it down by building type.

Look for even yellowing or greying on tiles that still sit flat in the grid. That kind of discoloration comes from dust and airborne film, which cleaning lifts, and the walkthrough confirms it on your own ceiling.
Yes. Big buildings are divided into zones, and each zone is finished and reset before the crew leaves, so the space opens normally the next morning.
